Our services
We provide digital marketing, advertising management, SEO, social media, website and CMS development, design, CRM and automation, and related support services. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each project are agreed in writing (proposal, quotation or agreement) before work starts.
Fees and payment
- Prices on our website are starting prices in Pakistani Rupees and may change. The price in your written quotation applies.
- Monthly packages are billed in advance. One-time projects may require an advance payment before work begins.
- Advertising budgets paid to platforms such as Meta, Google or TikTok are separate from our management fees.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and the access, content and approvals we need. Delays in these may affect timelines.
Results
We work to improve your leads, sales and visibility, but results depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, market conditions and your offer. We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads or revenue.
Intellectual property
Once a project is paid in full, final deliverables created specifically for you belong to you, unless agreed otherwise. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts and stock assets remain subject to their own licences.
Cancellation
Monthly services can be cancelled with written notice before the next billing cycle. Fees for work already completed are not refundable.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned in the previous three months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
